Refund & Cancellation

The assessment, doctor review, and prescription are free of charge. You pay nothing if the doctor does not prescribe treatment.

Once you have paid for an Entry Offer and the licensed pharmacy has dispatched your order, the order cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel for a full refund. Defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded — please contact hello@virohealth.in within 7 days of delivery.

You can cancel the Care Plan at any time. Cancellation stops future deliveries. Already-dispatched orders for the current cycle cannot be reversed.

Indian regulations restrict the return of prescription medicines once they have left the pharmacy premises, in line with Drugs & Cosmetics rules. Damaged or incorrect items are handled as replacements, not returns to inventory.
